At Star Cosplay, we provide worldwide shipping for our handcrafted gear. We partner with premium global carriers like FedEx, DHL, and UPS to ensure your “mission-critical” costumes and apparel arrive safely at your doorstep.
1. Processing vs. Shipping Time
It is important to understand that Processing Time is different from Shipping Time:
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Usually processed within 2–3 business days.
- Custom Cosplay & Handcrafted Leather: These items are made to your specific measurements. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks before your order is ready for dispatch.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, it enters the transit phase (see below).
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer several tiers of shipping to balance speed and cost:

Note: Delivery times are estimates. High-volume seasons (such as October for Halloween) may experience slight delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination.
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $300 USD.
- Flat Rates: For smaller orders, rates are calculated automatically based on your shipping zone.
4. International Customs & Duties
Because we ship globally, please be aware:
- Import Taxes: Your country’s customs office may charge import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees. These are not included in our shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Local Regulations: We recommend checking your local customs guidelines for international imports to avoid surprises upon delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number and a link to monitor its progress in real-time.
6. Important Requirements
- Physical Address: We cannot ship to PO Boxes via Express carriers. A physical street address is required for secure delivery.
- Contact Number: A valid local phone number is mandatory for all international shipments to ensure the courier can reach you if needed.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the seal is broken or the box is damaged, take photos before opening and notify the courier immediately.
- Support: If your package is lost in transit (no tracking update for 10+ days), contact support@starcosplayshop.com
