4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact returns@starcosplayshop.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.
  2. Approval: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship It Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
